Registration (Your Side)

Register with your Name and Email
address

You will receive a
verification email to the address specified (please check the
Junk/Spam folder in case you don't see the email in your Inbox after
a few minutes)

Click on the URL link to
complete the verification process

Once verified, you
will see the Seva Form which can be used to submit your request

The following fields will be captured
in the Seva Form:
- Name of the Native
- Date of Birth and Time of Birth
- Place of Birth (free text; please
enter the city name and choose the State from the drop down menu)
- Question you wish to ask (free
text; up to 100
characters allowed; please be very specific)
- Problem Description (free text; up to 250
characters allowed; please describe the problem being faced)
- Please Note:
- You can use the Seva Form to submit
only 1 Question
- Name of the Native will NOT
be mentioned in the video recording
- The video will be recorded in
English language and will be posted as Public on YouTube
- If your request has been selected
and video posted on YouTube, you will get an email notification with
the video link
- Public Comments on YouTube will be
disabled for all Seva videos
Chart Analysis (Our Side)
- Requests will be selected based on
our internal evaluation
- Your data (name and email address) will
remain confidential
- If your request is accepted, a
video will be recorded showing the chart and any remedies suggested
(name of the native will NOT be shown)
- Please Note:
- You can submit only 1 Seva Form per
email address
- If you do NOT get a
notification from our side within a week's time, your request was
not considered (please DON'T send us any follow up emails)
- We will try to limit the length of
our videos to 5 minutes; we may choose to avoid giving a timeline
for an Event (DBA and Transit analysis takes time)
- We will NOT send any
unnecessary emails from our end
- This is a FREE service and
we have not authorized anyone to collect money on our behalf
- There will be No further clarifications
provided on suggested remedies
